Default ECM problems

I was always wondering why my 88 f150 5.0 wasnt working right. It would take so long to start up, burn gas so quick, stalling engine, super rich and idle was so rough. I thought it was a vacuum leak initially, i fixed that. did nothing. i shorted out one relay on accident because my fuel and igntion relay were exposed. my truck wouldnt start after that. replaced both of those still nothing. ran some tests fuel injectors had no pulse and my fuel rail wouldnt energize. took out the ECM to replace it looked at it and noticed its for the wrong vehicle... it had 2 codes on it both dont belong to my truck.
in the pins

outside of harness

i know its a 1984 but i cant find anymore info than that could someone help me find out what that ecm belongs to?

It could be the factory install as 84 could of been the design date. Not saying this is the case but manufacturers use up parts over the years if they are applicaple

Having the same problem on my 1987 f150 5.0L with the same numbers. nobody around town has provided me any helpful information. Can't decide which one to go with from the local auto parts store. Any ideas?
