Look at the Diesel battery tray and coolant washer fluid setup. You can order them from LMC, the only downside is that it is on the other side of the current battery. If you want to fabricate one you could use where the vacuum can and the air can is on the passengers fender and build one.

I'd run the diesel battery tray setup. If you're wiring up dual batteries anyhow, it doesn't take much to had a few more feet of wire.
