I think princess auto had some round lights that were thin enough to fit on top of that, and clear the grille. Plus they got pipe Benders on sale.

My winch will be above the stuff I'm stuck on. No worries about pulling the frame in two with this monster winch. Nova Scotia rust makes everything lighter. The welder, and the bender that made this were both princess auto junk.
For those reading this from the US, Princess Auto is like Harbour Freight, with a ridiculously sissy name, but they used to sell rifles, for $15 ,so they're tough okay, bad ***, really.

Crappy tire had those on sale, clearance for $30 so my dad grabbed one, we use it mostly to load junk in the bed, and tug stuff into the garage, but it will drag the truck on level ground with the brakes on, they claim its a 3000lb winch, so if I had five of them on a t bar it would be a 15000 lb monster.
We ve got the Massey with a logging winch if I really plant it good.
I got a 1973 princess auto book here with enfeild rifles for 15 bucks and dodge army trucks for a grand, wow.
