Default Crankshaft Position Sensor Help Please

Hi...Hope this is posted in the right area.

I am working on a 1996 F-150 4.9 6 cyl engine.

My Haynes manual says that I should be getting a reading of 1.5 volts at the Crankshaft Position Connector however I am not getting any reading from either side of the connectors.

I would like to trace the circuit back (I believe that it goes back to the PCM) but I don't know the pin numbers at the PCM.

Can anyone tell me what they are or even better send me a diagram of the PCM pinouts?

Also, I'd like to know what else could cause a failure of not having 1.5 V at the connector?

Thanks for your help in advance. The more complete the answer the better as I'm kind of new at figuring this stuff out.

Ron
