cranks for up to 10 seconds when warm
When I jump into my 95 f150 5.0 4x4 a/t in the morning it will start right up but when it sits from a 30 min to multiple hours and it will crank for up to 10 seconds. If i turn the key on and off multiple times to run the fuel it seems to start significantly faster. It will do this even if it sits in the sun without ever starting it beforehand. I replaced the coolant temp sensor which did nothing. It has normal fuel pressure. It seems to act the same using both tanks. Any suggestions?

Don't forget to check the engine coolant temp sensor. Mine would start cold no problem but had problems when the engine was warm. The ecu thought it was like 30 below or something like that, replaced the sensor and cleared it right up.
If you have a code reader and an program/app you can see what the engine temp is reading.

I would say get a fuel pressure gauge and check it cold and then hot, and while you cycle the key hot.
It should bang right to 42 - 43 psi as soon as you turn the key under all conditions.
If the pressure checks out fine, you can move on but if not your fuel system will need some attention.
