Default Crank but no start

I was driving today and my truck just died on me, It will run on starting fluid so the problem is fuel. You don't hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on, and I changed out the relay and checked the switch on RH side by the passenger door. Is there anything else that is inline before the pump?

I am going to check power to the pump but is there some switch or something I missed??? Its a 94 f150 with the 300 I6

The fuseable link, useually just below the relay. Check for voltage coming into the relay.

It goes fusible link, fuel pump relay, inertia switch, tank selector switch, then fuel pump. Put power to the green/yellow wire at the fuel pump relay and see if the pump comes on. Yellow should have power always and red should have power with the key on.

Is the inertia switch the one under the dash in the cab?

Talked to Sean and this is what I got so far-

I get one power at the relay with the key off and I get 2 hot when the key is on
I get power at the inertia swich for a few seconds when I turn the key on, so I just put a jumper in and tried to crank it and got nothing

So tomarrow I will see if I get power at the pump and prob crack the filter to see if it is that. The filter was replaced about 30,000 miles so it may be do for a nother one.
