Default complete vacuum line replacement questions

I'm fixing to go through and re run all my vacuum lines on 1990 f150 302, m5od r2 5 speed. I'm curious about the sizing of the vacuum lines. I found some 5/32 silicone line on ebay for around 60 cent a foot. But I keep hearing 5/32 as the hose size but is this the inside or outside diameter? Also there seemes to be a few more hoses of sizing. Anyone know the sizes on these? My main priority is to get my emissions back in check so I can accuratly asses any othrr problems that may persist.

5/32" ID will do most of it. I needed about 6 feet of 7/32" ID for the MAP sensor and A/C system lines as well.

4mm and 6mm ID work as well.

Okay so about 20 ft of 5/32 inside diameter and 6-7 ft of 7/32 inside diameter tubing. Will do the trick. Thanks a ton.

And you'll likely need two vacuum "T" adapters as well.

Okay I have one last question. Maybe I'm over thinking and confusing myself. I just ordered some 5/32" sae 4mm metric silicone hose to re work cracked and brittle vacuum line. The hose has wall thickness of 3mm. I'm looking to find some small spring clamps preferably because of the minimal space and needle nose pliers would make short work of it. But where my question lies is in the right clamp sizing there are so many overlapping sizes. If the inner diameter is 4mm and the wall thickness is 3mm that would round about net a 7mm outside diameter right? Could someone point me in the direction of an accurate hose clamp size?
