Default Cant insert fuel nozzle in filler neck
I have a 1990 f150 and nothing will go into the filler neck not a gas can, not a gas pump, not even a funnel I'm on e and need help anything is appreciated

That looks like the inner part of your gas cap, you can see the teeth that the cap "ratchets" on when it's tight. Use some pliers or something and just unscrew that and get another cap.

Use some needle nose pliers to get that out. As said above it's part of your gas cap.
