Default Alternator

What 3G alts will fit a 1991 4.9 without modification to fit? FSB is confusing about this because the Taurus ones it lists mount different.

Get a 8.25" ear spacing 3G for the 4.9. It goes in like this

I got a 5.8, found that on a different forum, give me a minute to find the thread I pulled that from.

Next I purchased a 95amp stock 3g alternator for a 1992 E150 4.9L at the following:

Part No. 20225112, Replaces: Ford F2UU-10300-EA, Lester 7755
