what size tires are you going to go with? Do you think the 6 inch suspension, 3 inch body would look okay with 35's? Or too small

We test-fitted a set of my buddies 33's and they looked decent (a bit on the small side; keep in mind I like to see some suspension and prefer NOT to just "stuff" the biggest tire in there) so I think 35's will fit perfect. 37s will be okay too but keep in mind how the engine feels turning over a larger tire without regearing. If your using stock rims and plan to put larger tires on them then the front will rub the radius arms on full lock (left or right turn) simply because there is too much backspacing on stock rims plus your tires will look stuffed in the wheel well.

On the topic of brake lines, I never had to replace the front lines when I just had my 6". But the one rear hose was too tight and would strain when the suspension cycles so that needed to be replaced with an extended one.
