Default Buzzing sound when turning and accelertating

I just drove my truck last night and didn't hear a thing .. I start it up today and everything's good and then I put it in drive and start accelerating and their is a high pitched buzzing and when I turn the wheel theirs a high pitched buzzing .. What could it be ? Or what do you think it could be someone said to check the belts and the vacuums ... I honestly don't even know what it could be

Check your power steering fluid level. You may have a leak and be low. Starving pumps scream like no other.

Even if your fluids fine it could still be the pump, Fords power steering pumps are notorious for whining, but they'll be fine its bearings making the noise.

Mine has whined in my '91 4.9 like a screaming cat ever since I got it. I've drove it 40k miles like that with no affects. But if it just started, something may be up.

Nice, well crawl under and find your leak, my return hose rusted thru and puked out all my fluid. Take a look at that

A new pump is not very expensive. Why would you put up with such an annoyance?????
