Dodge+Ford = always ready
i just dont need that long of a truck, a crew cab short bed is 6" shorter than my 250 now. also you can usually buy a 250 cheaper than a 350 so with the money you save you can do a D60.
and in stock form the 7.3l will let you down power wise. my 460 walks all over them till you do a tune and some other mild work to them.

they get expensive quick lol, my friend has 20k into his powerstroke, and hes only at around 700 hp. granted his BTS trans was a good chunk of that ($4500). if you lived in Oregon/Washington (or if you keep your mouth shut haha) you could join my OBS group. alot of guys in there who are pros with the 7.3l.

I know the 7.3 don't have the big numbers but they sure do last along time and can take a beating my gf has a 92 f350 dually and decided not to mention that she hasn't changed her oil in 14 thousand miles and she pulls a horse trailer pretty frequently and likes getting to the speed limit pretty quickly lol the 3 quarts that drained out was disgusting...and my dad has a 99 f250 and that thing is a freaking work horse all it does is pull a trailer and we have put 70,000 miles on it in two years pulling that heavy SOB and it hasn't winked a eye
