Hey guys I've been all over the net the last few days trying to figure out what I just bought.... I still don't know, it's not pretty you've been warned!
it's a 91 f150 xlt lariat, short bed, 4x4,5.8 auto, bucket seats, has what looks like a lund racerback (PO took it off but I got it) it's color matched hot pink pin stripes and all lol.
the mags are unusual and color matched .....wth is this thing? all I can think of it's some kind of company promotion.
was this some kind of option? (barbie special lol)
well thanks for the reply I can't seem to find anything, the door tag info isn't much help.
I know it's nothing special like a night but I'm wondering about the suspension it rides like a car.
I think that the striping was a dealer option, truck was probably special ordered so who ever bought it probably got every option they could, just to say they had it. Some old guy with too much money and nothing better to spend it on.
I had a 94 Tempo back, way back, in the day and it had some crazy factory pin-striping, some awesome factory speakers, every other little convenience, I thought it was because it was the "sport" package but saw a sport some time later that didn't have half the stuff mine did. Gotta love getting a car/truck that someone put some cash into.
I think your right,from the small amount of info I've found it seems options are pretty limitless on these. I guess it's time to figure out how to remove 50 yards of sun baked pin-striping.
