Default Baja Fenders Vs. Stock Fenders

I'm working on my '92 flareside and I've been thinking about changing the front clip to the Baja style and wondering if anyone can help with what i might need to do for it to work or if i should leave it stock

You'll pretty much lose daily driveability if you do that.....

I'd be unique, but new front fenders run about 150 retail. Just checked for my kids 93 with some rust issues and that's what I was quoted. 89 wholesale.

How wide are the fender lips on your flareside. I love the look, but since you cant pull the bedsides out, it will probably look a little off if they're not already wider than the front.
