Whats up guys I'm the new guy here
My 95 F150 351 is reading the following error codes:

DTC-172 O2 Sensor Fault / Lean
DTC-173 O2 Sensor Fault / Rich

So would that mean my O2 sensor is shot? Runs good up until 45mph then it bogs way down and the check engine light pops on. Also has a rough idle at times and when I first start it in the morning it idles so rough it wants to stall out until I rev it up, then it evens out and runs fine. Has 114k miles and pretty sure its the original O2 sensor. Its been doing this since I bought it at 105k and progressively getting worse to the point where now it goes through gas like crazy (10mpg or less).

and then theres the DTC 332 - Insufficient EGR flow
What causes that?

It sure won't hurt to change the oxygen sensor. The nonfunctioning EGR will also affect mileage.

Get an expensive o2 sensor though. I replaced mine about a year and a half ago because the old one had about 100k on it. And now I keep getting a check engine light because it's not reading right. And there's only about 15-20k miles on this new one. I think mine was a bosch. So I would avoid bosch o2 sensors. That's just my 2 cents.

If the engine is ran excessively rich for long periods of time, that can foul out an O2 sensor, also.

Mine runs normal without the check engine light but when the light flicks on it idles higher and looses power and you can smell it running rich. The light comes and goes multiple times per trip. I'm reinstalling the old one today until I get a better new one

Yeah I ordered a Bosch from RockAuto.com for like 27 bucks with a discount so guess its too late to get a different one now. Most of the cheap ones are $45 anyway so I got a deal. I just gotta figure out how to remove the old O2 sensor now cause its frozen in the pipe pretty good and rounded off the head. Haven't tried using heat yet though. Looks like its gonna be a heat and vice grip job.

The O2 sensor can be heated up with a torch just enough to cool it with a penetrating lube such as wd-40 so that it can contract, hopefully into the threads. This has mixed results depending on how seized it is.

I beleive mine has 2 sensors, but can't locate the second one. The first one was up by the exhaust Y Split. The other should be back by the CAT any suggestion?

If your 95' had cali emissions, it would have the snitch sensor behind the cat and a 96' but it's probably not from Cali.
