hi everybody ive got a new problem my exhaust pipe has completely come off my cat and my question is does anybody think the weld holding the 2 together broke or if the pipe just gave way
p.s i was recently on a rough gravel road

i did and i know that the weld is were it broke i just wanted some ideas on what could have caused such as a bad weld or somethin of that nature

Couldnt tell ya but i saw that u have a 12inch sub is that behind your seat i was just wondering because im getting two 12s and i wanted to know if they fit.

I'm guessing its from being old. Go to the exhaust shop and see what they can do for you. Best case scenario would be that they could just weld it back together, worse case, they would have to replace some pipe from it being rusted and to thin to weld.
well ty the pipe is only a few months old and i can weld so im gonna take it in the automotive shop at school and weld it back together myself if i can

nope i pulled it off a year ago this one is relatively new to the truck i also plan on fixing it first chance i get tomorrow because my gas mileage is horrible with it broke off
