Question Axle Identification

How can I find out what running gear I have under my truck? I came up with trans and transfer case but am having trouble with the axles. Door sticker just says "H9" for axle and VIN decoder doesn't give up this info. Not sure if rear is standard or controlled slip either?

If its 4X4 the rear and front gears must be the same. So use the numbers off the front tag to see what you have.

Thanks, I really needed to know if I should add some additive for the slip when I change it.

On the gearing aspect, I understand that front/rear are the same. I just need to know what AXLE I have. 44 is the front but I can't find any info on the rear axle. What is usually in the rear when there's a 44 in the front?
