Default Axle Gear Swap

I want to change out my gears in my front and rear axles to 4.10 to make up for the bigger tires. I know the information for my rear axle (such as 8.8, 31 spline, ect.). Is the front the same gears?

The front axle is a Dana 44 IFS, I believe it is a Reverse Rotation but am not sure. You could find a older 81-86 F-250 standard cab that has the 4.10 ratio, alot of these happen to also have the bolt in passenger side axle stub, these are easier to put lockers or other traction device in since they will not need the c-clip to hold the axle in. The axle spline count and size are the same between the older f-250 and all the f-150 with the 44 axle.
