Adjust steering to straighten wheel? Ideas?

Usually turning the right rear also turns the driveshaft and the left can freewheel a little.
Improperly adjusted brakes can cause a difference too.
I doubt that your steering is related to a seized brake if you were able to get the drum off.
You may, however have an issue with your diff gears if they're making funny noises.
A good mechanic would be able to tell you pretty quick if you have a problem or not.

Chris -- I'll take it into the shop this morning.
Both wheels (When spun freely) were able to turn the driveshaft. Just seemed like there was a lot of resistance on the right rear. I'm tempted to take it into the shop, tell them I had an alignment done, and ask them to get the wheel straight. I'll see if they figure out the rear wheel issue -- If they can't fix it or claim that I need to throw money at it then I'll take the rear end apart myself and look for the issue.
It's just about time to buy a third daily driver, so it'll make truck projects easier
