about to replace rear shocks, quick set of questions

Hi Guys,

Never replaced rear shocks before on any truck, especially not this 94 f150 - do I need to take off the tires and jack up the rear end or can I do it on level ground?

No need to remove tires. Just have to fit under truck to do the job.
