Question 95' f150 Oil Pressure

I got my truck from my grandpa who had taken awesome care of it. The truck only has 136480 miles on it, for about the last month my oil pressure gage randomly goes from normal to high. It does this normally when i start the truck, sometimes it goes to normal after driving it for a bit sometimes it doesn't. Also i have noticed that my temperature gage fluctuates a lot. What could cause these things to do this?

well a open wire if the wire grounds it self it will cause the gauge to go up so meaning hit a bump etc or could be bad senders

Might also be just bad contact of the push on terminals. Also check the ground to the engine.

i never see any visible fluid leaks underneath the truck(i check every time i get into it) but my coolant reservoir is always empty even after barely putting some in, and i do smell what i was told was coolant burning?
