96 oil leaks...
I'm about to buy a 96 F150 w/302 5-speed 4x4, 3" lift & 33's.
There's oil leaking from the drive shaft leading into the motor, and it's leaking from the gear housing, my guess just a gasket in the rear end for the gears.
Anything major?
I'm sorry, just haven't dealt much with trucks...
Otherwise, it's a strong truck with no oil leaks from the motor.

If it is leaking on the drive shaft, there is a rear seal where the drive shaft goes into the tail housing, and there is a gasket where the the tail shaft bolts to the trans body. Hope this helps.

It's called the transfer case output shaft seal. That's if its leaking where the driveshaft connects into the transfer case. Sorry, I had to edit my post because I read the thread wrong.
