96 EB F150 4.9L Bad Fuel Pump?
So I put $20 in the front tank and let the truck sit over the weekend as I was driving my car.
Truck has ~ 190k on it.
So It turns over and over and over...and over...humm..switch to rear tank..and it fires right up! I know gas is in the front tank, but its acting like its starving..I know I need to replace the fuel filter but what do you guys think..front fuel pump??
Gawd I need to fix this truck! New suspension, alignment, and fuel filter. O2 sensors and plugs/wires are 1 year old on it..but i think a bad filter might of made it run lean and burn the o2 sensors up?

You can switch to the front tank and have some one turn the key on and off while you tap the bottom of the tank with a rubber mallot. The pump may come on if it's worn enough for the brushes to hang. If it does start working, you'll need to changethe pump soo. If it doesn't, you'll have to check the switch on back to see if there's a break in the wire or a connection or ground problem on that circuit.
