95 f150 truck makes a thumping noise when hard on throttle or spinning
My truck is a 95 f150 shortie 4x4 lifted with 33s straight 6 with 5speed and posi rear end when im hard on the throttle i hear a banging sound sounds like under cab or box also does it when spinning and shifter shakes i checked cab mounts,exhaust,and universals every thing seems tight where would i look next please help long weekend coming and i want my truck ready for the trails

it is more than likely your engine and trans mounts. look at your engine mounts are they the round style? those are the hydros and the are known for going out when mine went out and i would romp on the gas the shifter would slap towards the passenger side of the cab hard. i popped the hood and gave it gas and the whole motor would twist about 6-10 inches.
