Question 95 F150 4.9L engine vibration

What causes the excessive engine vibration when climbing hills?
It only occurs when climbing. Thanks for your input!

My guess would be the vibration is actually coming from(caused by) something in the drive train.

If its only while the drivetrain is under increased load it could be a slight miss. As said above check the basics (plugs, wires, rotor cap, fuel filter, air filter, and so on)
