Default 95 F 150 Flare Side fuel tank issue

Hi Everyone hoping to get some help here. I have a 95 Ford F-150 from my late father. It has sat for about the last two years but before that both tanks were used constantly. I just filled up both tanks for the first time and when I switch to the rear tank the truck cuts out completely like there is no gas flowing. I suspect a fuel pump issue but wanted to get some other opinions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the fuel pump to me. I would check the electrical connection before buying a pump. You should be able to check this by disconnecting the wiring harness (I could reach my 94's without removing anything from below). If there is power at the harness, pump would be my next thought.
