95 4.9L 4x4 standard won't Crank
Good battery, new starter & solenoid . There is a thump when I try to turn it over. It started with no issues 3 weeks ago. Any suggestions? What am I missing?

Yes, battery cable connections is a good suggestion. did you clean the starter end of the cable when you put in the starter ? Also check the ground connection, it could be in need of cleaning.
And try jumping the bolts at the solenoid with a screwdriver.
If that goes nowhere, use a socket with a short extension and breaker bar on the front crankshaft pulley bolt to make sure that the motor actually turns.
And of course, these days you can't assume that brand new parts are any good. Unfortunately. Starter or solenoid could be faulty.
