#1
I have a 95 f150 302 EFI. I just replace the motor in it and now it will not start I put a brand new fuel pump and fuel tank new cap new rotor new spark plugs spark plug wires new TFI module stock distributor stock injectors and fuel rail new wire harness stock ignition switch i have no idea why it wont start could be the distributor I don't know I don't know if I've got spark or not I don't know how to check spark either
Ok so first of all I wanted to say thanks for the helpful info also I tried turning the distributor 180 and my firing order and TDC but turns out it was the distributor that was bad bought a new one and she fires right up now! I guess 328,000 miles will do that to a distributor!

Is the distributor installed correctly, a lot of times they get turned 180*, also correct firing order?
Have you checked fuel pressure?
To check for spark pull one of your plugs and try to start the truck, if it's dark you will see the spark from the plug, if it's the middle of the day and you can't see the spark you may have to ground it out with a screwdriver, just be sure you aren't touching any metal (on screwdriver or plug) as it will give you one hell of a shock.

^^^what he said x2
To check spark I pull a plug and wire (leave the plug connected in wire) and rest the spark plug end on intake( or something metal in engine bay that's grounded) and then crank the engine over and watch for spark at plug...have to do this when dark outside to see spark
Dizzy 180 deg out could be happening too ...Are you certain you installed dizzy at tdc?
