Default Little bit of water in manual hubs normal?

I noticed when I took off my auto hubs last night to put the Warn Premiums on there was a little bit of water that rolled out. I just got done washing the truck so I know that's where the water came from. Are they not truly water tight? When I took the manuals of before I had the same issue. Should I be using a little bit of rtv on them?

Cool. It just seemed odd seeing that both hubs have an o-ring seal.
