Still sounds like an alternator issue to me, a simple volt meter test while running might not always be able to diagnose the problem for you.. the voltage regulator may not be working right..... Most auto parts stores will test the alternator free of charge for you, which will test more then just voltage output. While your at it you might as well take the battery in as well.

I'm in canada do you know any CDN auto part stores that do this?

I have one other thing to add that its doing.

Low RPM is fine but soon as i hit 2500 it hasitates and I lose all my power.

voltage regulator is on the back of the alternator isn't it? Probably better of to just buy a new alternator altogether instead of just replacing that one part?

I think I can get a rebuilt one cheap

Just try another Battery, no matter what it looks like. It can't hurt, but it can sure
save you alot of headache. It may not be the problem, but it's easy.
I spent about $500 bucks once changing all the things your talking about
changing. My Battery was tested, and showed that all was fine, but the
problem did not go away. Simply try another battery. Checking voltage is not good enough. Trust me.

Canadian Tire will test both the alternator and battery free of charge for you. Given that the alternator is pretty easy to change on your truck, I would doing this. Save yourself some headaches.

As your RPM's increase there may not be sufficient power to fire your plugs, this may explain your hesitation at 2500.

So I had some time to work on the truck this weekend.

I replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires.. I cut the battery cable and put new ends on them and still no luck.

One thing me and a friend noticed there is some noise coming from the fuel pump, its like a ringing sound.. doesn't seem normal.

I wonder if its possible that it can be causing the whole problem?

I will replace either the fuel pump or the alternator this coming weekend and let you guys know how it went.
