My 94 f150 developed this problem yesterday while driving. The ABS light came on, brakes got mushy and brake fluid was discharged from a valve thru what looks like a discharge tube, the valve is on the driver side rear axle. any help would be appreciated.

Not normal, find a wrecking yard and replace it. Its probable pricey at the dealer, if its available at all.

the only thing I know of brake related on the rear axle is the sensor for the rear anti locks (dont think 94's had front wheel anti lock)
Are you sure it's not a broken brake line...?

Yeah I'm sure. The brake lines run from the master cyl back to this valve then split to the two rear brakes. the line that is releasing fluid is a rubber line plugged onto a discharge side of this valve then it runs up to the underside of the bed and is fastened there. When I step on the brakes, this valve seems to just dump the brake fluid out through this line.
