i have 93 f150 300 6 when i first put the heat on i get a burst of warm air then it gets cool i put a new thermostat in flushed the heater core both heater hoses are hot ive tried bleeding the system i get heat while revving the engine then it gets cool im pretty sure theres a air pocket somewhere has anyone had the same issue and know how to fix it?

If you have air then you need to purge the system.

YouTube has a bunch of videos on burping your cooling system.

Prestone flush adaptor kit (or whatever they call it) goes in your heater hose. It's cheap and it works good for getting air out of the system.
