go to the fuel rail (with the key on) and look for the black cap towards the front of the left fuel rail. remove the cap and press down the schrader valve, fuel should squirt out. if it does, you know you at least have fuel to the injectors.
pull a plug, connect it back to the wire and lay the end on a good ground, have someone crank the engine and see if you have spark.

Had the same problem with my 92. In WI in -30 degrees weather. Let me tell you that's fun messing with at 7:00 a.m and to try and get going an dget to school on time without freezing. Anyways, I have a the 302.
I would say based on what you said it was my fuel switch, couldnt find it for ever but finally did. Go over to your passenger side and under the glove box pull the side panel off right under the glove box. There is a black box/switch with a red button. I push it down and pulled it up and then pushed it back down and fired on it again and she started rate up. Worth a try... Been in your place, best a luck to you!

Good deal man been in your position not even a month ago so I know how it feels and then to get it to work is the best. Ya a 200 dollar tow bill so ford can push a button, ... I'd hate to get it toed and then the mech. says ya all we did was push this red button.
