Default 91 f150 coolant leak

91 f150 5speed 4x4 4.9i6, trucks puking coolant passenger side of truck.. Any ideas?

Seems to be running normal I can smell coolant though and at times there's a tiny squeek.

Carpets not wet it's a leak under the passenger side of the truck. AC compressor on my truck is gone so I don't use any of that. There's quite a bit under the truck

reason i ask is if your heater core is junk...could be a freeze plug too

Are the freeze plugs hard to replace? Could it be the water pump?

no the water pump is at the front of the engine and no freeze plugs arent hard if you can get to them

What is this? Kinda looks where the coolants coming from not sure 100%

I assume that's on the firewall passenger side? That's going to be heater core. They use that to prevent it being in the cab

Yeah firewall passenger side. Why would coolant be coming out there? Is that a problem or what can I do to fix it?
