Default 89 F150 2 inch spacer, castor/camber?

Putting 2 inch spring spacers in a 89 4x4 this weekend, if I was trying to avoid an alignment how would I determine what degree castor/camber I would need with adjustable bushings?

I did mine by eye, just measure the distance before install from back most point of rotor to rear tire. Installed adjustable bushings with new shocks (I used stiffer shocks instead of spacers), used level to get good camber, then set bushing to get same distance from (rotor)---(rear wheel). This was done almost a year ago and besides an initial tweak after the first drive I haven't had a single issue with them.
