88 f150 302 efi engine into 96 f150 4.9 inline six efi
does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 88 f150?? and has anyone eles done this ? i have the motor in the truck and the pcm changed but know i need info on the connecters near the 302 pcm

i know the computer in the 88 was a standalone but i dont know the wiring diagram on the 88 trans plug i know the numbers for the connector on the 96 is c103 and c110 and i found info on that but i dont have the dash wiring from the doner truck

I don't show the electronic transmission for the '88, but I do for the '89. The wiring diagrams I have aren't the best, they leave out some stuff. But what I do have are wire colors and I guess the numbers of the port they are in at the plug.
Remember, my book shows these for '89:
orange with yellow stripe- 52
orange with black stripe- 42
dark green with purple stripe- 19
light blue with yellow stripe- 38
purple with yellow stripe- 53
tan with light blue stripe- 41
light green with white stripe- 32
brown with orange stripe- 55
Also, you don't need to post the same question with less information. The more info the better, it helps us see what you are trying to do. Although my first response to your question didn't give you what you wanted, it got more info from you which showed me a little more of your plan. While I still don't understand your plan, I'll try to help as much as I can.
Let me know if this helps. There are other things you can do to make this swap easier, like using a non-computer controlled transmission. But if you have the whole underhood wiring harness you should be able to get it to work, not much engine wiring goes into the cab.
