My fuel pump wont kick on unless I connect a test light to the negative battery post and to the yellow wire with blue strip in the relay I just replaced the relay but even when the pump is on it still wont start and ideas or wiring diagrams I've tried every thing I know to do.

Is the computer relay energizing? It has to come on first which then supplies power to the fuel pump relay trigger. Engine and transmission would be helpful too, especially if you're looking for diagrams.

It has a 302 fuel injected engine but im not sure about the tranny
