You would basically just have to find a way to secure an aftermarket projector into the headlight housing. Like previously mentioned, there are tons of videos and forums that instruct different ways to retrofit headlights. There isn't any way that is set in stone, which is why retrofits can turn out really good, or really bad. Just do as much research, and always measure twice before cutting anything. If you aren't comfortable taking apart a brand new lens, you could always use an old one, or find a cheap one in a Junkyard to mock it up. There are also people on here who would be willing to come up with something for you, usually only at the cost of shipping.

Have a look at The Retrofit Source. They are in business to sell projector retrofits.

You can't or shouldn't retrofit stock headlights you need something with a clear lens because the fluted design of the stock lens will throw the light all over and reduce the performance of the projectors. So you need to buy new headlights that are clear.

I was planning on using clear if I did but I've just about decided to use aftermarket projectors already made. Seems about as cheap and easier.

You got what you pay for. Those pre-made projector lights aren't the greatest.
