Default 3:73 or 4:10 LSD very common option?

I would like to re gear my truck for more pulling power for pulling my travel trailer and hauling ***. I currently have a 3:55 open diff. and I barely get enough traction to pull the trailer up my gravel driveway. I found another 3:55 LSD for $215 for the whole rear end. Was the 3:73 or 4:10 LSD very common? I would like to just bolt in the whole rear end. Anyone here have one of these?

3.73 is axle code B6 so they came with them, can't find an axle code for 4.10's anywhere for the F150, rangers have a code F7 for LS 4.10. I've also heard of bronco's coming factory 4.10 but can't be sure.
