I have an uncalibrated speedo with slightly bigger than stock tires (31's) and I've maxed out the speedometer, so that's something like at 96 MPH. There is a good chance that wasn't absolute top speed, that's as fast as I've gotten my truck. Generally shift 3k rpm, loses power (that's what I feel at least) any higher than 3500-3700.

Thank you. I couldn't figure out which f150 had a 120 mph gauge.

Shift by feel, and top speed is 110 on a factory computer. Even though the speedometer doesn't get there.
