If you are speaking of an electrical switch then it's either the low fluid indicator or the one that indicates air in the lines. When there's air in the lines both the ABS and brake lights will come on. If you're speaking of the little valve connected to one brake line it's the proportioning valve.

At the very least unplug the wire asap. The antilock brakes have different sensors and do not use that sensor, with it leaking that might cause problems with the computer because of the slight fluid and pressure loss the switch is seeing.

So I’m in a similar situation.
Same year, Eddie Bauer, 5.8, E40D, 4x4.
Noticed brake fluid leaking around this switch. Wiped the fluid off to see just where the fluid was coming from, discovered the crimped on part of the switch was loose, and turned it with my fingers.
Fired it up to go for a check ride and see the brake and abs lights are on.
Parts store couldn’t find a part listed, then one of the kids at the parts store found something at another F150 forum.
Mororcraft SW-6350 switch kit. Looks like an updated switch (more robust), a pigtail adapter, and a zip tie.
