My 1993 f-150 4.9l is running like crap and i can’t figure it out.

We are going to need a bit more info on this. I can't really tell anything from the video. Can we get a better description of the issue? What exactly is it doing? Does it change under revving or acceleration? Did it just start, or has something led up to this point?

Your title says you have a 1990 and your post shows 1993. Which is it?
