Default 1995 F150 makes ticking noise?

I'm new to this forum so excuse any mistakes I may make. The truck is a 1995 F150 Flareside with the 5.0 and 180,000 miles. When I bought it , it had a misfire. So I just decided to just start replacing stuff until it's fixed (I figured it wouldn't hurt to replace the old parts). But $300 later it was the wires. So I've been driving it around about 500 miles and noticed it being jerky around 30-40 mph at a low rpm. Also when the truck gets fully warmed up, it developes a ticking noise from the passenger side of the motor at idle. It doesn't do it constantly but randomly. Maybe 5-7 times a minute. It sounds like something electrical but I cant see anything going wrong. The tick gets worse when I'm at a light stop light. I'm just not sure what it is but it only does this when the truck is warm, when it's cold it runs great. And I'm not too annoyed by it, I'm just making sure it won't tear the motor up.. Any help is greatly appreciated..
