Default 1995 f150 lightning 4x4 5.8 v8 351w engine swap

Hello everyone. To clarify, I have a 1995 for f150 lightning XLT with automatic trans, 5.8 v8 efi naturally aspirated 351 windsor. My engine has 210K miles on it and is starting to give up the ghost. I have found a few possible replacement options but there is one common issue, all the replacements I have found have the air intake that is connected to the heads. My engine has an air intake manifol instead of the stainless steel pipe to the head. My question is can I just swap my heads and manifold over to solve this issue? Or can I use them as is with intake going to the heads? Also this is my first engine swap so ANY information/pointers/stories/tips are welcome! Knowing is half the battle.

It should still connect to the heads even if it looks different. I'm not looking at what you are though.

The replacement motor stock truck 351, or a Lightning repalcemnt motor? If its a stock 351(non lightning) , you shoul put your heads, headers and intake on short block. The Lightning has GT40 heads which a step up from stock e7's.
