Hello, my 95 f150 will start for maybe a second then die, and then will start perfectly and run fine. Does this sound like a dying fuel pump? Any suggestions? already installed new fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator valve.

Bump mines doing the same thing haven't put the regulator on yet
