I have an appointment with the local exhaust guy next Thursday the 20th. We are going to do a 2 into 1 and have the o2 sensor read both banks, It will be 2 1/2 inch the whole way to a summit racing turbo muffler"NO cat" and exit in front of the passenger rear tire. Old "Sweed" wanted to do a glasspack but i dont like the sound of them, It should have a little rumble and be tolerable on the freeway for the 3 1/2 hour trips to the cabin. Anyway it will flow better then the stock setup

Did you have to do anything to the frame in order to fit the headers?
