Don't know what the acceptable values are off the top of my head. Maybe someone will chime in who's done it recently. Or, i believe Haynes manual will tell you or do a search on the interwebs.

From what I found online the constant power from the orange wire should be 5 volts. At idle from the green cable should be about .8-9v and wot should be 4.8v. I already changed the tps last night though and 0 change in driveability.
