When I bought my truck, some genius cut my factory wiring harness out to. I had to get an electrical tester and test which wire had constant power on it and which one had power on it ONLY when the key was turned on (remote wire). The ground is easy, its black. After that, I just fiddled around with the wires and found out which wires were positive and negative for each speaker.

i had the same problem i went to a junk yard and cut out a wiring harness on my vehicle and just rewired it back up. make sure u write down the colors of the wires it might help ya out. works great hope this helps
