Thank you!

So here is a question to all those with gray interior. This truck has a gray interior , when I bought it the headliner was missing and the interior was so dirty and sun faded I really can't identify the interior colors other then gray, so anyone out there with gray interior can you tell me if your carpets match your upholstery and headliner? Is the dash color the same as your hard plastic trim like the pillar trim any help will be great!

My truck is a 95 XL with gray interior. Literally everything is gray ( better than the red interior! ) . My truck has no headliner, just straight metal ceiling. Also, the "carpet" isn't really carpet, more of the floor mat material not sure what it is called, but it is gray as well.

***EDIT - By the way, the truck is coming along really nice! Regular Cab Short Bed is the best!! I wish I could make my truck look half as good as yours. Unfortunately I live in Iowa and got the truck in pretty sad shape. Plenty of rust all the way around, but I still love her.

Yea my interior is blue but everything except the cluster around the steering wheel, and the trim panels on the dash are the same tint of blue, so I'd imagine it would be the same for grey.

Thanks for the kind words and the interior color tips. I think i might go outside the box and do a combo of dark gray and light gray accents.

I read a lot of complaints on this forum about the gear selector housing breaking on a lot of ford trucks so i figured while im in there just go ahead a replace it. Local auto parts store stocked it for $23. ill install it tomorrow.

Found a headliner on ebay. the guy custom builds it with you color choice and sends extra material for the sun visors. Good deal at $135.00 with free shipping. Ill let you all know about the quality of the item when it arrives

Headliners for the single cab trucks are really easy to custom make. I've seen people do flags a lot, like Texas flag, rebel flags, American flags etc...

Been super busy with work so i haven't been able to get to the truck lately. Today however, i was able.

front light bar is on. Happy with outcome. I know they are normally bolted on the bumper. I decide to be different and bolted it to the front header. Fits better and looks cleaner.

Rims, tires and lift are all that's left to exterior. Still considering a roll bar.

Dash is just about done. Decided to replace the shift cable since i was right there replacing the shift tube. Ordered a new leather wrap 1993 lightning steering wheel.

I sent the trim pieces that go in the dash, door panels and cluster housing to the chrome plater. Should add a unique and different look to the dash.
