I need help deciding what to do with this(1992 Single cab, 8ft bed, 2wd, all stock). I have a small list of things i want to do to my truck, and first is the leveling kit. I was wondering, should i get a coil lift or spacer lift kit. I am kinda thinking of this coil kit:

But what would be best? and what would i need to do it.

Another thing i heard is that a lift will mess with my camber. Is this true?
and if it is an issue, how would i deal with it?

people usually use f250 springs to level there f150s on here.

yes a leveling kit/lift kit will mess up your alignment, so you will have to take it in and get it realigned.

Thanks for responding. I was also wondering if i would need new shocks to accommodate for the larger coils. Im kinda new to working on suspension stuff. I have only worked on Engine and tranny stuff.

the stocks will work fine, unless they are worn out.

Eh, the stocks will still ride like crap compared to a shock made for the 2 inches you're throwing at it.

I'd run spacers and stock 150 springs. The spacers won't compress, stock 150 springs are cheap, and you'll ride better because the 150 springs have a lesser spring rate than the 250 so it's a little softer on the bumps.

Alsso, the alignment bushings in the link in the OP look nothing like the caster/camber bushings I used. Don't know if they go somewhere else, or it's just a bad picture, but they're different lookin haha

how badly would a leveling kit mess up the aligment? mine is already off, so a little extra wouldnt hurt me to much i dont think.

and the link to the springs jeff posted, are they roughly the same as f250 springs? im either looking towards getting the 2" spacer or the springs. id like to get springs becuase it seems like more of a right way to do it, but as some said, springs compress so in the end you might not get a full 2" level.

alot of people have leveled there trucks with f250 springs and its always come out leveled. the spacer is definitely the cheaper/easier way of the 2. most people pick the springs because they will help in the future if they want to add a large bumper or winch down the road. the springs do stiffen up the ride but it seems like most people prefer that.

and unless you dont care about your tires, you will need an alignment badly.

I just put new stock CC824 (ordered from Autozone...about $75) on my truck. It sits perfectly level now. You will need to get an alignment.
